Zero Volt Benchtop Ionizer Overview
The Single Fan Steady-State DC Ionizer provides a 16″ x 24″ coverage area, efficiently neutralizing electrostatic charges on insulators and ungrounded conductors. It delivers a discharge time of less than 2 seconds with a ±3 volts balance at 12″, meeting the required limits for ionization use in electronics manufacturing areas per ANSI/ESD S20.20 and ESD TR53. Its sealed plenum air flow prevents contamination at the workstation, and the auto-feedback system provides both audible and visual alarms in case of supply voltage drop. The unit’s selectable input voltage can be configured to 120VAC or 220VAC, and it offers low, medium, and high fan speeds for optimum performance. Its powder-coated enclosure minimizes debris and corrosion, making it suitable for clean or sensitive areas. The ionizer is compatible with various accessories, comes with a downloadable calibration certificate traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and is made in the United States, stocked in Chino, CA.
