The Two Fan Steady-State DC Ionizer provides a 2′ x 4′ coverage area, efficiently neutralizing electrostatic charges on insulators and ungrounded conductors. With a discharge time of 3 seconds or less and a ±10 volts offset voltage, it meets the required limits for ionization use in electronics manufacturing areas per ANSI/ESD S20.20 and ESD TR53. The unit includes a 700 Lumen LED panel light for improved visibility and offers three fan speeds for consistent performance across various applications. Its sealed plenum air flow prevents contamination at the workstation, and an auto-feedback system provides audible and visual alarms in case of supply voltage drop. The ionizer supports 120VAC or 220VAC input voltage and features field-replaceable emitter pins for minimal downtime. It comes with a downloadable calibration certificate traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology and is made in the United States, stocked in Chino, CA.
