This solder paste achieves a transfer efficiency of over 90% on area ratios of 0.50 and offers a stencil life of over 8 hours. H10’s potent wetting capabilities eradicate NWO (HiP) defects and enhance pad coverage across all surface finishes. It also reduces voiding on BGA, BTC, and LGA, and provides improved electrochemical reliability for all low stand-off devices. According to EN14562, H10 is zero halogen, and according to the current revision of IPC J-Std-004, it’s halide-free. H10 is compatible with AIM’s complete range of no clean flux chemistries.
