HARRISBURG, PA — November 2026 — CE3S is pleased to be a sponsor for the upcoming SMTA Pennsylvania Alliance Group Networking and Technical Presentation, Factory Analytics on the Floor: How Connected Data Drives Better Decisions, taking place Wednesday, December 2, 2026, at Cartell (510 W. King St., Shippensburg, PA 17257) from 5:30-8 p.m. The event will bring together electronics manufacturing professionals for an evening of technical education, a facility tour, and networking while celebrating innovation and manufacturing excellence throughout the region.
“Events like this provide an important opportunity for electronics manufacturing professionals to come together, share knowledge, and explore ideas that can help advance our industry,” said Amanda Smeltz, VP of Commercial Growth & Strategy at CE3S and Marketing Chair for the Alliance Group. “We are proud to support the SMTA Pennsylvania Alliance Group and its efforts to strengthen connections within the regional manufacturing community. We encourage industry colleagues to join us for an informative evening of learning, collaboration, and networking. If you’re not already a SMTA member, we invite you to connect with any member of our group leadership team to learn more about the benefits of membership.”
Hosted in partnership with Cartell, the event will give attendees an inside look at the company’s Shippensburg manufacturing facility. Participants will tour Cartell’s in-house operations and learn how its systems are developed and produced entirely at the facility, from initial concept and design through manufacturing, testing, and final packaging. The tour will highlight the precision, technical expertise, and advanced manufacturing capabilities supporting Pennsylvania’s electronics manufacturing industry.
The evening will also feature a technical presentation, “Factory Analytics on the Floor: How Connected Data Drives Better Decisions,” by Liam Pringle, Senior Account Executive at Cogiscan. The presentation will examine how factory analytics can improve productivity and decision-making in PCB assembly, address common data challenges in high-mix electronics manufacturing, and support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. Attendees also will gain practical insights into production metrics that provide a more complete picture of factory performance.
Dinner will be provided, with additional opportunities for attendees to connect with fellow industry professionals and exchange ideas.
